Since the early 90s when we began helping friends, we have strived to put a humanist touch on the people-computer interaction. We don't have the patience for geeky terminology and unintuitive solutions, unlike other "techies" in the field—and we don't expect our clients to, either! There's a better way to explain technology, that is: how it is meaningful to you. This approach benefits the user and makes the experience of improving your computer relationship easier. We adhere to the Independent Computer Consultants Association's code of ethics. We have since partnered with many professionals who specialize in varied areas of the technical world.
