The specific model number of any device (such as a printer) that's giving you trouble 5. Your type of Internet connection (DSL, Cable) and provider, and your email program (if you use one). 6. In a hard disk failure, any prior unusual behavior you were experiencing 7. In a chronic problem, whether the issue appears to occur randomly, or during specific operations (and what those operations are) 8. Steps you may have already taken to correct the situation.
